Martijn Lauxtermann
Martijn Lauxtermann has been a lawyer since 1990 and is a recognized specialist in liability, compensation and insurance law.
Martijn assists companies and insurers in complex claims and disputes. He supports professionals in disciplinary and liability cases. Furthermore, he is known for his expertise in handling disputes regarding insurance-, mortgage- and retailportfolios.
Martijn is known as a strong negotiator and litigator. Clients rely on his broad view, thorough approach and creative and result-oriented attitude.
