Pooja Dhingra

Pooja Dhingra has been associated with Lauxtermann Advocaten since September 2021. She focuses on liability, insurance and construction law.

Pooja has completed a master’s degree in civil law and criminal law at Leiden University. She also took several courses at the University of California in Los Angeles. In addition, Pooja worked as a clerk at the Rotterdam court during her studies. As a result, she has acquired in-depth knowledge of procedural law and insight into the preparation of judicial decisions. Pooja actively uses this knowledge and insight in practice.

Pooja likes to think about the interpretation of the law in order to look for optimal solutions in complex cases.
