Jurisdictions

The lawyers mentioned below are registered in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar in the following main (and sub) areas of law:

a. Mr M.R. Lauxtermann LLM is registered in the main jurisdiction of Insurance Law;
b. Mr A. Hedeman LLM is registered in the main jurisdiction of Construction Law;
d. Mr G.J.P. Molkenboer LLM is registered in the principal jurisdiction of Insolvency Law;

e. Mrs A.G. Joxhorst LLM is registered in the main field of Health Law;
f. Mrs A.J. Zijlstra LLM is registered in the main field of Health Law;

On the basis of this registration, they are obliged to obtain ten training points each calendar year in each registered principal legal area, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar.
